PROJECT SCHEDULE

The project has all necessary permits and approvals. Procurement contracts are agreed and ordered placed for supply and installation.
By mid of June 2023, the main structure of the Villas was completed. That includes the concrete works, external and internal walls, hydro and thermal insulation, facades and glazed doors and windows, and roofs.
Due to the tourist summer season, the external works are prohibited from 15th of June till 15th September. The internal works are continuing over the summer.

The project land used to be agricultural. After the years of abandonment the nature has taken its course forming unique landscape of old olive and fruit trees, and low wild vegetation. The landscape design aims to blend the Villas within this autochthon environment.
